Refund Policy

Any Article Processing Charge (APC), if applicable, becomes payable only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

Fees paid are generally non-refundable once editorial processing, production, or publication has commenced.

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or administrative errors made by the journal.

Authors seeking a refund should submit a written request to the editorial office with supporting documentation. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
