Withdrawal Policy

Authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript before formal acceptance by submitting a written request explaining the reason for withdrawal.

Once a manuscript has entered peer review, withdrawal requests will be considered by the editorial office and may require approval from the editor-in-chief.

Accepted manuscripts may not be withdrawn except under exceptional circumstances, such as significant errors, ethical concerns, or legal issues.

Published articles cannot ordinarily be withdrawn. Where necessary, the journal may issue a correction, expression of concern, or retraction in accordance with recognized publication ethics guidelines.

The journal reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of unethical withdrawal intended to facilitate duplicate submission or publication elsewhere.
